Brew #4 — Citra Amarillo IPA

Dry hopped with Amarillo. Turned out OK, but didn’t dry hop with enough hops.

OG: 1.055
FG: 1.011
= 5.8% ABV

Steeping Grains
.75lbs Vienna
.25lbs Carapils
.25lbs Wheat

Malt Extract
6.6lbs Gloden Light Liquid Malt Extract
1lb Golden Light Dry

Bittering: 1oz Warrior — 60 minutes
Flavoring: 1oz Simcoe — 20 minutes
Aroma: 1oz Citra — flameout

Dry Hops: .5oz Amarillo — steeping bag in primary (I didn’t own a secondary fermenter then, lame… )
